What You'll Do

Under the general direction of the HR Director – Leave Programs, you will help to coordinate and provide support for our US employees participating in various leave programs, particularly supporting the management of short-term/long-term disability leaves and company-sponsored parental and family leave plans. You will work closely with the US HR teams, and BCG’s third-party administrator, UNUM, to ensure accurate information is provided to both employees and HR teams The Leave Programs team was recently created to support the increasingly complex leave landscape across the US. This role is imperative in ensuring BCG remains compliant with federal, state, and local leave laws, as well as ensuring an overall positive employee experience.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in HR, Benefits, or leave administration
  • Experience with multi-state leave administration preferred
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment


Who You'll Work With

The North America (NAMR) HR Network is comprised of HR Generalist teams and key Centers of Excellence including HR Risk and Compliance, US Benefits and Compensation and NAMR BST Talent Acquisition. As a member of the NAMR HR team, you will partner with local and regional HR teams, subject matter experts, and external vendors to develop programs and policies to attract and retain top talent at BCG.

Compensation Information:

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.

The base salary range for this role is $81,000-$99,000.

This is an estimated range and specific base salaries within the range depend on factors such as office location, experience, and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.

In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a discretionary bonus of up to 12% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.
