What You'll Do

As a key member of the L&D team, you will identify capability needs; design, deliver, and scale programs across business services cohorts; curate content with leaders and subject-matter experts; manage vendors and logistics; and ensure measurable impact and ROI. The individual will be the brand custodian, reflecting the values in engaging and enhancing the knowledge and skills in the firm. The individual should be a go-getter, self-starter, articulate and detail-oriented, with an ability to engage with senior stakeholders while operating in fast paced environment

  • Identify learning gaps across BST functions; translate business priorities into a learning roadmap (onboarding, professional effectiveness, role-based upskilling, compliance).
  • Assist in designing, developing, and implementing learning interventions: classroom, virtual, blended and liaise with leaders and SMEs to identify appropriate learning themes.
  • Support the creation of engaging learning content in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Plan and execute end‑to‑end signature workshops for BST cohorts; coordinate with external partners and global teams to incorporate best practices.
  • Run end‑to‑end logistics and execution across India offices (calendaring, enrollments, comms, venues/tech, materials) for BST cohorts; enable hybrid/virtual delivery at scale.
  • Source and contract external trainers; maintain trainer panels; refresh content/delivery based on benchmarking and feedback.
  • Publish learning calendars on agreed timelines; drive awareness and adoption through targeted campaigns; partner with BST leaders to position flagship initiatives.
  • Contribute to the continuous evaluation of programs: design and run surveys and feedback reports; track participation, completions and impact; provide periodic MIS and insights to improve program quality and Impact.
  • Maintain accurate learning records and catalogs in LMS (e.g., SABA); manage event creation/registration, attendance and facilitator data; ensure data quality.
  • Support quarterly budget planning by consolidating vendor quotes and historical cost data; surface cost-optimization opportunities without compromising learner experience.
  • Assist with branding and promotion of L&D programs, creating basic communications and coordinating announcements to drive registrations, newsletters etc.
  • Monitor program spends: compile vendor quotes/historical cost data; flag variances and value-for-money options.



What You'll Bring

  • 2-4 years of HR experience, ideally L&D cohort
  • Any Graduate from a reputed school
  • Excellent oral and written English language communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of HR systems / operations management is desirable
  • Good analytical skills with ability to present information in an engaging manner
