What You'll Do
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Senior Manager, the Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator provides operational and administrative support for all TA activities. The primary responsibilities of this role include support to the TA team on all operational requirements for candidates that come through the recruiting process and onboarding processes. This includes managing and supporting the team during large campaigns with logistics and preparation for campus and onsite recruiting events, as well as any longer-term projects.
Recruitment Operations Support
- Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and tracking tools
- Review and process applications as required
- Own the end-to-end interview process and related operations - managing the candidate pipeline and graduate campaigns for monthly interviews, scheduling interviews and all logistics, gathering interviewer feedback and being the candidate liaison
- Manage the logistics/process for technologies used in the selection process
- Manage and track the interviewer training program
- Provide administration and logistical support to campaign recruitment activities, including marketing and events
Onboarding
- Partner with Shared Services Support hubs to manage onboarding activities
- Support with relocation for candidates where required
- Action corporate AMEX reconciliations, expenses and invoices
- Hand over candidates who have accepted their offers to the relevant BCG functions to prepare them for joining the firm
Marketing
- Responsible for logistics and promotion of in house events (including securing relevant speakers)
- Work with relevant team members to update presentations as required
- Shortlist candidates for event participation
Reporting
- Continually improve the way the team manages its projects, processes, and systems
- Partner with the TA Senior Manager on required analysis and presentations, plus own the upkeep of internal trackers (cadre)
What You'll Bring
- Minimum Undergraduate degree desirable but not mandatory.
- Relevant administrative or operations experience in a fast- paced environment; professional services experience is helpful but not essential
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Excellent organisation skills - able to keep track of multiple tasks and shifting deadlines whilst maintaining strong attention to detail
- Strong networking skills - able to build relationships with all levels of staff
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal, able to adjust to the needs to recipients
