What You'll Do

As an Executive Assistant (EA) at BCG Lima, you will provide high-level executive and organizational support to Senior Consulting in a dynamic, client-centric environment. You’ll act as a strategic business partner—not only supporting executives in their day-to-day work but also anticipating needs, solving problems, and ensuring priorities are managed seamlessly.

This role demands proactive thinking, exceptional judgment, and a high level of discretion. You’ll play a key role in optimizing time and task management, ensuring operational excellence across internal and external engagements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:

  • Organize and schedule client Meetings, internal meetings and events with an understanding of business priorities
  • Proactively manage extremely complex calendars
  • Proactively manage and drive case team logistics
  • Effectively prioritize client needs
  • Anticipate and coordinate point-to-point travel needs as necessary including booking all travel and hotels, directions, commuting time and ground transportation
  • Process timesheets and expenses on a timely basis
  • Prepare proposals, letters, slide decks, and other documents, including proofreading, editing, copying, and binding when requires
  • Proactively support business development efforts
  • Provide backup support to other executives on a regular basis
  • Maintain high levels of confidentiality
  • Support administrative aspects of executive’s internal commitments: practice area activities, BCG leadership committees, recruiting, etc.
  • Build effective working relationships with key stakeholders:
  • BCG executives – understand preferences relating to travel, calendar, etc.
  • Clients and their Assistants – facilitate the scheduling process and relevant communications
  • EA & CTA peers – work together to support other Project Leaders/Principals/Partners on the case team; provide back-up assistance as needed
  • BST peers and internal resources – obtain and share information with wider team as needed; help case team navigate internal resources
  • Participate in internal projects and committees as assigned or requested
  • Assists Partner in personal administrative work & logistics

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years work experience in similar role, reporting to top management
  • Experience from professional services in an international environment or from a multinational company
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English
  • Affinity with IT supporting tools and proficient computer skills: Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Organizational skills: ability to handle competing priorities and to work effectively in a challenging, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to combine hands-on attitude in operational topics and good analytical skills
  • Service oriented, flexible, attentive to detail, team player, able to handle high level of confidentiality
