What You'll Do
The Global Events Marketing Manager will lead and oversee multiple workstreams supporting BCG’s flagship event programs. As a key member of the Global External Relations & Events team, you will manage the end-to-end delivery of world-class event experiences that advance BCG’s brand and business objectives.
You will:
- Design events that support marketing objectives and deliver strong audience engagement and ROI.
- Lead full end-to-end event management, including communications, content, production, vendor coordination, audience engagement, reporting, and analytics.
- Develop and execute innovative event strategies that engage senior stakeholders and reflect BCG’s strategic priorities, championing a culture of continuous improvement and digital curiosity within event programs.
- Collaborate across teams and geographies to deliver seamless, high-quality event experiences.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and project plans to ensure efficient, on-time, and on-brand execution.
- Partner with marketing, communications, and leadership teams to drive alignment and measurable impact.

- Designing events that support marketing objectives and deliver strong audience engagement and ROI. · Building relationships and influencing key stakeholders across levels and functions, in partnership with marketing and business leaders.
- Communicating effectively—both written and verbal—across diverse audiences in a clear, concise, confident, and service-oriented way, influencing perspectives through data-driven storytelling.
- Collaborating within cross-functional teams, including MarTech, branding, media, social, and digital marketing.
- Working independently in a structured, process-oriented way, with the ability to self-motivate.
- in ambiguous circumstances. · Supporting, mentoring, and inspiring peers and team members through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance required; ideally in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in event strategy, curation, and experience design within a global professional services or agency environment.
- Deep understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Experience with marketing technologies such as Microsoft Dynamics, Marketo, and Cvent.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across global teams and time zones.
- Proven ability to apply sound judgment and adaptability in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior leaders and diverse audiences.
- High proficiency in MS Office; advanced PowerPoint (slide-writing) and Excel skills essential.

- Senior leaders (MDPs, PALs) and their Executive Assistants
