What You'll Do
We are seeking a strong candidate with experience and passion to join a Commercial Excellence Senior Analyst position in BCG X to support our fast-growing global business model.
You will serve as a core team member supporting the APAC Commercial Manager within BCG X’s Pricing & Investment Desk. This role drives analytical rigor, collaboration and operational excellence to ultimately smooth go to market processes to provide the most value to our clients and BCG.
You will help collaborate on commercial strategy execution, data-driven pricing initiatives, and deal support across the APAC region, enabling BCG X to achieve consistent and scalable commercial excellence. You will be instrumental in translating insights into action, ensuring operational alignment between teams, product stakeholders, and leadership.
- Drive regional commercial excellence by supporting the APAC Manager in executing pricing strategies, deal governance, and commercial policy alignment across markets.
- Deliver data-driven insights through analysis of pricing, revenue, and market trends to inform decision-making and optimize commercial performance.
- Support deal structuring and approvals, ensuring commercial intent, financial soundness, and risk management are captured in contracts and pricing models.
- Enhance commercial operations by improving processes, tools, and reporting dashboards that enable efficiency and visibility for leadership.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Finance, and Product teams to ensure consistency in pricing approaches, commercial documentation, and best-practice sharing.

What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Math, or Engineering
- 4 years of finance-related experience

- Teaming with multiple stakeholder groups to understand business objectives and ensure efficient financial processes, input and update financial planning systems with planning information accurately and on time
- Collaborating with a wide variety of business partners, including other local office functions, internal teams across BCG, and the firm’s corporate office
- Creating and evolving insightful, efficient reporting in response to business needs
- Completing and responding to ad hoc requests in a timely manner
- Ensuring adoption of finance policies and highlighting potential risks
- Supporting leadership and other key customers by performing analysis and effectively communicating key takeaways and recommendations
- Providing training enablement to internal customers
