What You'll Do
As the AP Platinion TDA/Platinion People & Operations Lead/Manager, you will oversee and drive all people and operational components of the Platinion team across Asia Pacific. Acting as a strategic thought partner and “right hand” to the AP TDA/PLA Director you will design, execute, and continuously optimize the operating model required to support a high-performing, fast-scaling business unit.
A core element of this role is driving commercial business momentum, in partnership with the TDA/PLA Director, to ensure the region meets its commercial ambitions, strengthens client pipeline visibility, and effectively positions Platinion’ s capabilities in priority markets. You will work closely with system and regional leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, proactively manage commercial risks and opportunities, and support business health reporting and leadership decision-making.
You will also play a central role in strengthening cross-functional collaboration, working closely with other functional practice areas (FPA), TDA chapters, and specialty business units to enable seamless “One BCG” teaming. This includes ensuring aligned priorities, integrated people processes, and consistent business support across the broader TDA and Platinion network.
You will serve as the guardian of the Platinion people experience and employee value proposition—driving capacity planning, ensuring meaningful deployment aligned to development and commercial needs, and maintaining an attractive, competitive environment for technology and digital talent. Through thoughtful leadership alignment, strategic communications, community-building, and operational excellence, you will help cultivate an engaged, connected, and future-ready TDA & PLA community across APAC.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Communications & Affiliation
- Lead the development and execution of an integrated communications strategy for TDA & PLA across APAC, ensuring visibility, clarity, and cohesion.
- Drive structured communication campaigns such as Ta-DAh! AP Series, TDA Beat, Commercial Communications, Did You Know?, and key functional updates.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive content calendar, optimizing message sequencing and key stakeholder touchpoints.
- Strengthen affiliation and engagement by delivering targeted, high-quality communication initiatives in partnership with system leadership teams.
- Leadership Meetings & Governance Support
- Serve as the central coordination point for APAC leadership forums including APPMC, LTM, TDA India Monthly Connect, and Quarterly Townhalls.
- Manage end-to-end meeting logistics: agenda development, briefings, speaker alignment, and tracking of follow-up actions.
- Oversee critical governance processes such as PAAF reporting, HC consolidation, pyramid planning inputs, and maintenance of accurate TDA tagging and chapter population records.
- Facilitate weekly stand-ups, manage Trello boards, and ensure visibility into priorities, deliverables, and owner accountability.
- Collaborate with global TDA teams and APAC system leaders to ensure alignment on priorities, initiatives, and leadership messaging.
- Event & Townhall Management
- Plan, design, and execute high-impact regional and system-level townhalls—including agenda creation, leadership alignment, content development, and engagement strategy.
- Partner with global and regional leaders (PAL, KT, Chapters, Commercial, etc.) to integrate global perspectives and ensure consistent, aligned messaging.
- Lead creative and operational execution of events, including pre-event campaigns, visual assets, Slido polls, “Ask Us Anything” sessions, and post-event communication.
- Manage functional affiliation events and offsite engagements to ensure seamless execution and strong participation.
- Community Engagement & Culture Building
- Enhance team connectivity through creative engagement activities in stand-ups and community sessions.
- Lead strategic engagement campaigns and people transformation initiatives, including People Survey programs aligned to strengthening the EVP.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to inform hypotheses and prepare leadership review materials.
- Support preparation of action plans and stakeholder communication for ongoing people initiatives.
- Operational Excellence & Ad-Hoc Strategic Support
- Step in proactively to address operational gaps and ensure continuity of key processes during resource constraints.
- Partner periodically with Finance on regional financial updates, client portfolio insights, TDA allocations, and monthly system performance calls.
- Support execution of strategic 2026 priorities including AI/GenAI, ERP, Big Bets, and Tier 1 funding initiatives in collaboration with offer leaders.
- Provide extended support to Vantage, Marketing, Learning & Development, and other cross-functional teams as needed.
- Conduct competitor analysis and support broader partnerships with other FPAs and cross-functional groups.
- Contribute to global meetings such as LTM, APLT, WWOM, and global forums—supporting content development, coordination, awards, and overall execution.
What You'll Bring
- Master’s degree ex. MBA plus 7-8 years of professional experience in HR within a service-oriented company
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and One Note
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Demonstrable track record in creating and reviewing content across multiple channels, interpreting data and building hypotheses.
- Exceptional organizational, planning and project management skills; strong at conceptualization, follow-through, ownership and accountability
- Solid analytical skills (e.g. for business reporting tasks) and a structured way of thinking
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholder while working in a global collaborative team environment
- Advanced knowledge in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
Who You'll Work With
The individual will report to the AP TDA/Platinion People and Operations Director and work closely with the Platinion Business Leaders. You will collaborate with Regional Platinion BST Leaders and team, the Global Platinion & TDA Executive Director, the global Platinion Talent Director and the Chapter managers as well as the Business Services team in TDA.
