What You'll Do
- Commercial & Business Performance
- Drive performance assessment of Focus Accounts and Target Focus Accounts.
- Track progress and provide updates on Key Deals, highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Monitor Growth Vectors and provide periodic performance insights.
- Lead white space identification to support pipeline expansion and commercial targeting.
- Partner Economics & Productivity
- Maintain and analyze CCO metrics for leadership reviews.
- Manage and update the MDP Portfolio, including allocations and activity mix.
- Track Rate Realization per PA and support optimization initiatives.
- Provide detailed reporting on MDP Productivity metrics by IPA.
- IPA & FPA Management
- Directly manage a few Industrial Practice Areas (IPA).
- Manage specific Functional Practice Areas(FPA) and ensure alignment to commercial priorities.
- Drive the IPA × FPA intersection, ensuring integrated planning, execution, and reporting.
- Revenue & Financial Planning
- Own the end-to-end revenue planning cycle, including annual planning, rolling forecasts, variance tracking, and performance communication.
- Partner with business and finance leads to ensure aligned, accurate, and actionable revenue projections.
- MBA in Finance or a Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 8+ years' experience in a similar role within a high-performing professional services environment.
- Strong financial acumen with demonstrated experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or business partnering roles.
- Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and influence without authority.
- Excellent analytical skills with comfort working across large datasets and multiple workstreams.
- Strong communication, presentation, and synthesis capabilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and meet tight timelines.
- Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment is preferred.
