What You'll Do
As a Global Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist, you’ll lead full-cycle recruitment for a wide variety of roles within BCG’s Business Services teams, with a strong focus on building out our newly established Lisbon Capabilities Centre. You’ll support both high-volume hiring and unique team builds across multiple business functions.
In this role, you’ll be a strategic partner to hiring managers and regional teams, managing everything from sourcing to offer negotiation. You’ll also contribute to employer branding efforts, pipeline development, and operational improvements that drive a consistent, high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll be part of BCG’s Global Recruiting team and work closely with colleagues across regions. You’ll collaborate with the broader People function—including HR, Talent Acquisition, and Mobility teams—as well as business leaders. This role is highly cross-functional and supports hiring across several European geographies.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across corporate functions including Finance, Executive Support, People, Marketing, and Operations
- Partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to shape role requirements and define hiring strategies
- Source talent using multiple channels, including direct outreach, job boards, referrals, and social media
- Conduct structured interviews and deliver insightful, competency-based assessments
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines to meet future hiring needs and reduce time-to-fill
- Coordinate regional hiring campaigns and support employer brand events
- Track and manage candidate progress in the ATS, ensuring data accuracy and transparency
- Champion BCG’s global talent brand and provide an excellent candidate experience
- Support the implementation of global recruiting initiatives and recommend local process enhancements
- Monitor key recruitment metrics and use data to inform continuous improvement
- Minimum 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in international, matrixed organizations
- Demonstrated experience hiring for shared services or high-volume teams
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
- Strong skills in using applicant tracking systems and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, SharePoint, Trello)
- Competency-based interviewing experience and ability to assess technical and soft skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; other European languages a plus
- Confidence advising senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions
- Ability to navigate complexity and manage recruitment in a fast-paced, multi-time-zone environment
