What You'll Do

Building Community

• Advise internal colleagues and clients on SAP-enabled enterprise transformation strategy
• Contribute to SAP thought leadership across SEA MOM practices
• Build and leverage a strong regional SAP advisory network
• Support business development efforts, including proposal shaping and commercial discussions
  
  

Developing & Designing

• Lead ERP/SAP current-state assessments and maturity diagnostics
• Define SAP-enabled target operating models
• Develop transformation roadmaps and phased implementation strategies
• Conduct TCO analysis and business case development
• Advise on SAP S/4HANA and the broader SAP ecosystem, including integration landscape and enterprise data models
• Analyse complex IT application landscapes and identify key architecture decisions
• Provide strategic guidance across the end-to-end SAP implementation lifecycle
• Review vendor proposals and recommend solution approaches from a strategic and commercial lens
  
  

Controlling & Managing

• Provide strategic oversight and quality assurance across large SAP transformation programs
• Manage workstreams in complex enterprise environments
• Lead small-to-medium project teams and ensure delivery excellence
• Support commercial structuring and pricing discussions for ERP programs
  
  

What You'll Bring

• 10–15+ years of professional experience in SAP/ERP advisory and transformation
• Background in technology consulting (Big 4 technology advisory divisions preferred) or equivalent strategy-led SAP advisory roles
• Demonstrated experience in:
• ERP assessments and diagnostics
• SAP transformation strategy and roadmap development
• Target operating model design
• TCO and business case evaluation
• Vendor assessment and commercial structuring
  

We are not seeking deep technical configuration specialists (e.g., Basis, Security, ABAP, BTP, or pure ERP build delivery profiles). This role requires strategic and functional SAP expertise rather than hands-on system configuration.
