What You'll Do

You will be part of the local HR Team based in BCG Milan office, taking part in the recruiting efforts, while being embedded in a wider People team comprising several HR functions across the EMC (East Mediterranean and Caspian) geography.

You will interact with several internal stakeholders, being accountable for the recruiting process efficiency and for ensuring the best candidate experience possible, promoting BCG as employer of choice for top talents on the market.

You Are Good At

• Using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to actively track, manage and report on candidate pipelines, including Consultant-level and above profiles, enhancing stakeholder communication and ensuring effective process management in interactions with senior audiences;
• Partnering with interviewers during recruiting rounds to ensure that interview sessions run smoothly, particularly when coordinating interviewers and candidates, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience;
• Managing the candidate pipeline end-to-end, ensuring efficient and high-quality handling of the entire recruiting process;
• Acting as the main point of contact between senior candidates and the company, ensuring clear, professional and timely communication throughout the process;
• Providing punctual, high-quality and timely feedback to candidates, and maintaining consistent follow-up through to their starting date.
  
  

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree (a specialization in HR topics will be considered a plus);
• A previous experience, even short, in HR functions will be considered a plus;
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to confidently and effectively interact with senior internal and external counterparts, including a senior target population of candidates;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in Italian and English;
• People-oriented approach, with a strong attitude to be part of a people-oriented organization;
• Proactive and positive attitude, with a high level of professionalism and maturity;
• Attention to detail and accuracy;
• Good teamwork skills and ability to interact effectively with different levels across the organization;
• Good organization and time management skills, with a strong orientation to high-quality results;
• Good proficiency with MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
