What You'll Do

BCG Platinion’s Europe, Middle East, South America, Africa (EMESA) Marketing department works on the full range of topics that advance our brand as top tech consultancy. Topics range from Employer Branding, Digital Marketing, Internal Communication to Content Marketing.

The EMESA Platinion Content Marketing Specialist is responsible for the hands-on execution of high-quality marketing content across multiple formats and channels. This role focuses on producing, coordinating, and amplifying content that supports business priorities, strengthens our market positioning, and ensures consistent brand messaging.

The successful candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Content Production & Delivery

  • Develop, draft, edit, and publish a variety of content formats, including website content formats, case studies, reports, white papers, videos, podcast episodes, and social media content.
  • Adapt messaging to suit different audience segments and platforms.
  • Ensure all content is accurate, high-quality, on-brand, and delivered on time.

Editorial & Channel Management

  • Own the content calendar and coordinate deadlines across stakeholders.
  • Manage the end-to-end production process for editorial content and podcasts, from briefing and scripting to publishing and promotion.
  • Upload and maintain website content, ensuring proper formatting, tagging, and optimization.
  • Draft engaging social media copy and coordinate the creation of supporting visual assets.

Stakeholder & Agency Coordination

  • Gather input from internal subject matter experts and translate complex topics into clear, compelling content.
  • Brief and manage external agencies and vendors to produce marketing assets, including podcasts, editorial pieces, and leadership social media content.
  • Ensure deliverables meet agreed timelines, quality standards, and brand guidelines.

Campaign Execution & Amplification

  • Support the rollout of integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with the wider TDA and BCG Marketing teams.
  • Coordinate content amplification across digital channels, including website, email, and social platforms.
  • Track basic performance metrics and provide input on opportunities to improve reach and engagement.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Journalism, or related fields.
  • 2-4 years experience in content marketing or communication roles, preferably in a cross-market role within agency, consultancy, or corporate environments.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience producing and publishing digital content across multiple channels.
  • Confident creating social media copy and coordinating asset development.
  • Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and incorporating feedback efficiently.
  • Ability to simplify complex topics into clear, audience-friendly messaging.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
  • Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.

Who You'll Work With

You’ll join EMESA Platinion Marketing & Communications team, responsible for enhancing and protecting the firm’s reputation as a global thought leader. Our primary focus includes strengthening BCG Platinion’s brand, advancing key business priorities, and strategically engaging our audiences. We utilize tools such as global thought-leadership publications, public relations initiatives, alumni engagement, recruitment marketing, and social media.
