What You'll Do

BCG’s Partner Services Group is hiring a finance-driven Manager to lead financial modeling, analytics, and digital enablement for our global executive employee compensation programs.
This is not a traditional HR role We are looking for a strong FP&A / corporate finance profile who can own complex financial models, build forward-looking cash flow projections, translate sophisticated compensation and capital structures into clear, executive-ready insights, while advancing automation and data visualization across the team.
You will operate at the intersection of strategic finance, capital planning, and executive rewards — supporting high-stakes decisions at the most senior levels of the firm.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own and enhance dynamic financial models supporting global executive compensation and capital programs
  • Partner with global teams to ensure models align with compensation frameworks, governance standards, and regional regulatory and tax requirements.
  • Develop multi-scenario cash flow forecasts and sensitivity analyses
  • Translate complex compensation frameworks into scalable financial logic
  • Lead enterprise-level compensation and equity calculations
  • Aggregate and reconcile data across systems to ensure analytical integrity
  • Build dashboards and automation solutions (Python, SQL, Tableau, Power Platform)
  • Elevate digital fluency within the team by advancing process automation and scalable analytical solutions
  • Deliver clear, senior-facing materials outlining assumptions, risks, and implications
You're good at:
  • Strong structured problem-solving skills; able to translate complex policies and data into clear, decision-ready insights
  • High attention to detail; ensures accuracy, consistency, and reliability of outputs
  • Clear communicator; turns analysis into concise, senior-ready materials with a strong “so what”
  • Digital fluency; proactively leveraging automation and AI tools to enhance analysis and streamline processes
  • Continuous improvement mindset; proactively identifies inefficiencies and operational risks
  • Hands-on approach; comfortable working in the details to build strong, practical solutions


What You'll Bring

  • 6–10+ years in finance (FP&A, corporate finance, advisory) or in a technical/digital role with demonstrated experience leveraging automation and visualization to support financial modeling and strategic decision-making
  • Advanced financial modeling and cash flow forecasting expertise
  • Strong analytical rigor and attention to detail
  • Experience working with complex financial structures
  • Hands-on experience building solutions with data visualization and automation tools (Power BI/Query, Python, Tableau) preferred


Who You'll Work With

Partner Services Group (PSG) is part of BCG’s Global Services organization, which provides critical corporate and operational support across functions including Finance, Legal, HR, Marketing, IT, Risk, and more. These teams operate globally to enable the firm’s strategic priorities and business performance.

This role sits within the PSG Analytics & MDP Support team and partners closely with Compensation & Equity and other PSG sub-functions. You will collaborate across Finance, Legal, senior leadership support teams, and systems/product stakeholders to ensure alignment, accuracy, and seamless execution of executive lifecycle activities. The role offers regular engagement with senior functional leaders and exposure to global decision-making processes.
