What You'll Do
As a Recruiting Coordinator for the Lima office and the Spanish South America (SSA) region, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent for BCG. Your responsibilities will span both Entry Level Consulting Recruiting for the Lima office and BST (Business Services Team) Recruiting across SSA.
You will coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience while supporting recruiting strategies aligned with the firm’s regional talent priorities. Working closely with consulting leadership, BST stakeholders, and the regional recruiting team, you will help drive efficient, high-quality recruiting processes and strengthen BCG’s talent pipeline.
Entry Level Recruiting (Consulting Talent – Lima Office)
- Manage the recruiting process for entry-level consulting roles, including Associate and Visiting Associate / internship programs.
- Coordinate the full candidate journey from application screening through interviews, offer management, and candidate conversion.
- Manage campus recruiting activities, including building relationships with key universities and coordinating recruiting events.
- Support recruiting campaigns and employer branding initiatives to attract top junior consulting talent.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through effective communication, scheduling, and process coordination.
- Maintain accurate tracking of candidate pipelines using the applicant tracking system and support reporting on recruiting metrics.
BST Recruiting (Business Services Team – SSA)
- Lead recruiting processes for BST roles across SSA, supporting internal teams such as Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations, and other business functions.
- Partner with hiring managers and regional stakeholders to understand role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities.
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for BST roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Identify and engage high-quality candidates through job postings, sourcing strategies, networking, and other recruitment channels.
- Ensure recruiting processes align with BCG’s global recruiting standards and best practices.
Recruiting Operations & Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner and advisor throughout the recruiting process.
- Track recruiting pipelines, manage process timelines, and ensure smooth coordination between candidates and interview teams.
- Monitor recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire and candidate pipeline health, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Contribute to regional recruiting initiatives and support continuous improvement of recruiting processes and candidate experience.
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives across the region.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
- 3+ years of professional experience in recruiting, HR, talent acquisition, or other process-driven roles in a professional services environment.
- Experience managing recruitment processes or coordinating complex administrative workflows.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
- Excellent written and spoken Spanish and English.
