What You'll Do

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Analyst candidate to join the BCG’s Vantage team on our Topic Activation path, working across the People & Organization (POP) and Operations (OPS) Practices. This role sits at the intersection of BCG’s global Cost offer and supports priority Cost topics: Organization Design & Operating Model, Service & Support Operations and Cost Excellence. In this role, you will partner closely with case teams and topic leaders globally to support cost diagnostics, operating model design, functional org structures, and service operations optimization across industries.

In this role, you will act as a sparring partner to consulting teams globally on organization design, operating model, and service and support operations topics within a broader Cost Excellence agenda. You will support cost diagnostics across corporate functions and services, translating financial insights into actionable organizational and operational levers. Your work will include advising on functional organization design, governance, and ways of working; supporting service model redesign (e.g., shared services and customer operations); and contributing to process optimization, digitization, AI-enabled efficiency initiatives, and benchmarking analyses. In parallel, you will help develop frameworks, toolkits, and benchmarking assets across Organization Design and Service Operations, codify case insights into reusable intellectual property, and contribute to go-to-market and business development efforts. Working across People & Organization and Operations teams, you will help integrate structural and operational cost levers and support cost transformation efforts from selling through implementation, serving as a bridge between organization design and service operations disciplines.

• Applying organization design and operating model expertise in complex client contexts, particularly within corporate functions and service environments, and tailoring structural solutions to deliver measurable cost and performance impact
• Acting as a sparring partner to case teams, delivering content expertise, targeted analysis, training, and problem-solving support to drive client impact
• Communicating with senior stakeholders, being credible and proactive
• Framing, structuring, and sharing intellectual property in a clear and concise manner, while codifying knowledge and maintaining topic assets grounded in real-world experience
• Working creatively and analytically in a time-limited, problem-solving environment
• Collaborating effectively in a global, virtual, and agile team environment, while contributing to team development through onboarding, coaching, and sharing best practices
• Demonstrating flexibility, and a curious and creative mindset; being open to new things, and willing to propose and drive innovative ideas

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of consulting experience in at least one of the following roles requires: Organization Design & Operating Model, Service Operations, and/or Cost Transformation (candidates with consulting experience preferred)
• In lieu of consulting experience, 3+ years minimum industry experience required; 4-6+ years of industry experience strongly preferred
• Strong analytical capabilities
• Bachelor degree required, advanced degree preferred, with demonstrated high academic achievement
• Fluency in English
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholder while working in a global collaborative team environment
