What You'll Do

We are seeking a strong candidate to support the Warsaw Marketing Team across all marketing activities, ranging from event internal and external communications, social media, and organization of virtual and in-person events to tracking, reporting and analytics on all marketing activities.

We are seeking person who can work 20-30h weekly. The role offers enough flexibility to while studying and allows to combine work with academic responsibilities.

What You'll Bring

• You are enrolled at a college, ideally in the field of communication, marketing, or business administration, and you’re available to start immediately
• You ideally have some experience with communication, enjoy writing, and/or have a background in organizing student networks and events
• You possess advanced proficiency in English
• You have experience with databases and data management
• You have an interest and experience in using social media platforms such as LinkedIn
• Can work in a hybrid form – sometimes from office in Warsaw
• Familiarity with Canva and the ability to create visually appealing materials is a plus!
• You’re creative, yet structured problem solver and autonomous self-starter
• You have attention to details and understand that events also need excels
• You’re a communicator and know how to best address different audiences
• You’re reliable, eager to take on responsibility, and enjoy working in a team
