We work in a uniquely collaborative model across the firm and throughout all levels of the client organization, generating results that allow our clients to thrive.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Manager, you will drive operational transformation and digital enablement across BCG’s executive compensation and equity processes. This is a highly embedded role that combines hands-on operational understanding with structured process improvement and program leadership.

Working closely with day-to-day operations, you will simplify and modernize complex, rules-based activities—such as compensation statement reporting and analysis, equity transaction processing, MDP communications, and lifecycle tracking—through standardization, automation, and digital enablement.

You will bring a deep understanding of how work is executed in practice, using that perspective to challenge inefficiencies, reduce reliance on individual judgment, and design scalable, well-controlled processes. At the same time, you will lead cross-functional initiatives end-to-end—from problem definition and solution design through implementation—ensuring changes are both rigorous and practical within a live operational environment.

Success in this role will be reflected in measurable improvements in process scalability, reductions in operational risk, strengthened controls, and an enhanced experience for MDP stakeholders. This role is critical to enabling PSG to scale its high-touch support model while maintaining the trust, precision, and governance standards that underpin the firm’s partnership.

  • Act as a trusted thought partner to PSG leadership, translating operational pain points into scalable, strategically aligned initiatives
