What You'll Do
You will represent BCG to internal and external stakeholders in a manner consistent with our values. You will take full ownership of a demanding schedule and provide high-quality administrative support to MDPs (Managing Directors & Partners), Partners, and Directors. Your role will require anticipating needs, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and enabling our leaders to focus on their priorities.
You are good at:
- Owning and coordinating all internal processes related to assigned stakeholders, supporting both business and occasionally personal business-related tasks;
- Managing complex agendas and calendars, scheduling internal meetings, arranging conference bridges, reserving meeting rooms, and coordinating catering/food services;
- Coordinating end-to-end travel arrangements (flights, hotels, ground transportation, etc.);
- Preparing and submitting weekly timesheets and expense reports accurately and on time;
- Providing document support, including copying, proofreading, printing, formatting, and distributing case materials;
- Collaborating with other Executive Assistants and offering back-up support when needed;
- Ensuring quality control by reviewing documents for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to BCG standards;
- Maintaining strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information;
- Working with the Security Team to maintain a centralized electronic filing system for case-related materials.
The role will be focused on the activities listed above, but not limited to them.
What You'll Bring
- At least 7 years of administrative or secretarial experience in demanding, fast-paced environments;
- Excellent skills in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel;
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in both Turkish and English;
- A positive attitude with a confident, friendly, and professional demeanor;
- Proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail;
- Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information appropriately;
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and clients;
- Ability to work autonomously, exercise judgment, and respond appropriately in dynamic situations.
