What You'll Do

As Event & Employer Branding Specialist, you will play a key role in designing and delivering recruiting events that position BCG as the employer of choice for top graduates and students. You will ensure our events are well-targeted, engaging, and leave a lasting impression.

You’ll collaborate with universities, student organizations, and internal stakeholders to strengthen our presence. Your work will help us attract the best talent while continuously enhancing our employer brand together with your colleagues across the Nordics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and delivery of recruiting events, with a focus on university student engagement and graduate recruitment
  • Collaborate with the Graduate Talent Acquisition team to support talent pipeline development
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to drive digital employer branding efforts
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally (e.g., Talent Acquisition team, Marketing team) and externally (e.g., universities, student organizations)
  • Leverage data and market insights to continuously evaluate the effectiveness of events and employer branding efforts and refine strategies to maximize impact
  • Act as the point of contact for all recruiting events in Oslo


What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, HR, or a related field
  • Some experience in Employer Branding, Events, Talent Acquisition, or Marketing is preferred. However, we recognize that relevant experience can take various forms. Therefore, candidates with prior experience as a student worker in the consulting industry or a similarly fast-paced environment are also encouraged to apply
  • Knowledge of the graduate market (Universities / Student Organizations in Norway) is a benefit but not a requirement
  • Fluency in English is required, proficiency in Norwegian is considered an advantage

  • Delivering excellent service towards candidates as well as internal partners and collaborators
  • Planning, prioritization and execution of events
  • Focusing on the details, despite multiple tasks on limited time
  • Initiating, self-motivating and pushing through even with challenging situations
  • Collaborating across four Nordic offices
  • Creating engaging brand narratives for diverse audiences


Who You'll Work With

You will be part of the Nordic Talent Acquisition team, working closely with our Graduate Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and Candidate Assessment teams.
