What You'll Do
Play a key role in driving Career Development in a fast-paced and high-performing environment by helping coordinate and strengthen the Nordic Career Development (CD) platform.
As part of the Nordic Career Development team, you will take an active role in ensuring a structured, fair and high-quality Career Development process. A significant part of the role is hands-on system management, data preparation, documentation and follow-up — requiring strong structure, accuracy and ownership. The role includes periods of high intensity, requiring strong prioritization, resilience and the ability to manage multiple parallel deadlines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and preparing CD meetings end-to-end, including managing timelines, collecting input, compiling dossiers, preparing materials and ensuring documentation is complete and decision-ready
- Preparing and structuring data in Excel and PowerPoint to support CD discussions and decision-making
- Managing and calibrating the full performance feedback process within the CD system, including data entry and maintenance, reviewing grading consistency, assessing qualitative feedback (verbatims), and constructively challenging inconsistencies to ensure fair and fact-based outcomes
- Ensuring high data accuracy across systems and documentation, documenting meeting outcomes in the CD platform and securing structured follow-up on agreed actions
- Taking ownership of the Career Development process and data, navigating ongoing enhancements and proactively identifying and resolving issues when they arise
- Leading selected CD meetings in partnership with the CD Chair, confidently presenting data and facilitating structured discussions
- Serving as a trusted sparring partner to senior stakeholders, advising ahead of deadlines and supporting sound and fair CD decisions
What You'll Bring
You are a structured and proactive professional who thrives in a detail-intensive role combining operational execution, data preparation and stakeholder interaction.
We hope that you have:
- Few years of relevant professional experience, within HR, Talent Development, or People Operations in a fast-paced corporate environment. We also value candidates from other backgrounds (e.g., finance, analytics) who have worked in detail-oriented, data-driven roles in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience working with HR related systems and administrative processes, ensuring high data accuracy and structured documentation
You are good at:
- Thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
- Managing multiple parallel deadlines, particularly during high-intensity CD periods
- Working in detail-heavy processes with high precision and consistency, ensuring accuracy across systems, documentation and data
- Structuring and prioritizing work effectively while preparing clear analyses and materials in Excel and PowerPoint
- Navigating ambiguity and making sound judgment calls when information is incomplete
- Displaying tact, responsiveness and professionalism — even in demanding situations
- Maintaining a strong customer and business focus
Who You'll Work With
As part of the Nordic Career Development team, you will work closely with CD Managers and partner with senior stakeholders and members of the Nordic HR community to ensure a fair, consistent and fact-based Career Development process.
Your collaboration will include:
