What You'll Do

We are seeking a motivated candidate to support our analysts and experts with a wide range of activities, including everyday topic development, strategic research, and crafting technical solutions (incl. GenAI asset development). You'll collaborate closely with our global team of experts, gaining insight into BCG's approach to solving our clients' challenges. This position offers you a unique opportunity to learn in a highly professional and fast-paced environment, providing you with valuable experience and a deep dive into the world of strategic consulting.

You can work up to 40 hours/week. This is a full-time internship for minimum 6 months. You need to be an enrolled university, business school or “Grandes Ecoles” student in France.


Travel, Cities and Infrastructure (TCI)

3TCI at BCG, covering many different segments that form a significant and dynamic part of the global economy – Infrastructure, Travel, Transport, Tourism, Real Estate, Cities and Logistics, to name just a few. There are three sectors at the heart of the PA:

  • Travel, Transport Infrastructure & Leisure (TTL)
  • Logistics, Parcel/Postal & Shipping (LPS)
  • Cities, Infrastructure Development, Real Estate & Tourism (CRT)

YOU'RE GOOD AT

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Working with a global team in a multi-cultural environment and in a matrix organization
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with all levels of seniority
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
  • Strong Excel data modelling and PowerPoint capabilities

What You'll Bring

  • Academic Background: Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in business, economics, or a related field with a strong academic record
  • Industry Passion and Interest: Passionate about influencing the future of travel, transport, tourism, cities, and infrastructure
  • Mindset for a Complex and Dynamic Work Environment: Demonstrated ability to successfully navigate a fast-paced setting and manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail and deadlines; excellent analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills: Team player and collaborator
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Demonstrates advanced skills mainly in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in English. French welcomed.


Who You'll Work With

You will work within the Vantage Team - our global expert team - in BCG's 3TCI practice (Transport, Travel, Tourism, Cities, and Infrastructure) that enables our clients to “Build, Advance & Move” by optimizing the movement of people and goods by train, plane, ship, or road, enhancing the experiences of residents and tourists, and improving infrastructure and real estate development. All while we are supporting our clients in reducing their carbon footprint and seizing the decarbonization opportunity.


While working within the Vantage Team, you would also play a role in managing and disseminating knowledge within the firm, participating in the creation of internal databases and tools that facilitate the sharing of insights and best practices across BCG's global network, which will offer you a unique experience in research, analysis, and practical applications.
