What You'll Do

As a part of BCG X Delivery team you will work closely with consulting teams on a diverse range of advanced topics. You will have the opportunity to leverage software development methodologies to deliver value to BCG's Consulting and Product teams and Practice Areas (domain) through providing software developer subject matter expertise, and accelerated execution support.

You will collaborate with teams to gather requirements, specify, design, develop, deliver and support software solutions serving client needs. You will provide technical support through deeper understanding of relevant software solutions and processes to build high quality and efficient technology solutions. Assignments will range from short term Proof of concepts/Minimum viable product to long term cases with enterprise grade software development as a critical enabler through the project level description of the role responsibilities and impact within the organization.

Additionally, you will lead the design, development, and scaling of next-generation AI products, with a focus on Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI systems. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and delivery—driving end-to-end product ownership from concept to deployment across client engagements. This role is critical to shaping BCG’s GenAI product strategy and you will work closely with consultants, engineers, data scientists, and client stakeholders to translate business problems into scalable AI-driven solutions, while ensuring technical robustness and measurable value creation.

YOU’RE GOOD AT

Technical Proficiency and Collaboration

• Experience designing and deploying agent-based architectures
• Strong understanding of AI system architecture on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) including API integration, microservices, orchestration layers and system integrations
• Possess a solid understanding of the software development processes and technologies used by the development team.
• Act as a bridge between the engineering team, platform team and business stakeholders including case teams, ensuring clear communication, feasibility and alignment on technical requirements and solutions.
• Serve as a thought partner, providing problem-solving insights and sector expertise, while building credibility with case teams and clients
• Lead, manage and mentor software development teams covering all facets of people management/employee life cycle from hire to retire including forecasting, recruitment, onboarding, appraisals, learning and development, career progression and off-boarding

AI solution design

• Architect E2E GenAI based solutions and systems at scale leveraging LLMs, RAG, Fine tuning, skills, MCP and prompt engineering
• Design and operationalize agentic workflows (multi-agent systems, tool use, memory, orchestration)
• Work with engineering teams on system design, APIs, and integration with data systems
• Define and implement evaluation frameworks for LLM outputs (quality, accuracy, latency, cost), including human-in-the-loop systems and continuous feedback loops

Delivery and Execution

• Lead agile product development cycles, from ideation to MVP to scaled deployment
• Prioritize features, manage backlogs, and ensure timely delivery with high quality
• Work hands-on with technical teams to troubleshoot issues and refine solutions
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and Responsible AI principles in collaboration with dedicated teams

Product Roadmap & Development

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for GenAI and Agentic AI solutions
• Champion the development of high-quality products through collaboration, strategic planning, and a keen focus on the end user's needs
• Collect, synthesize, and analyze case team learnings and outputs to develop new proprietary assets

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on product development progress and milestones
• Manage implementation project plans with clients, setting realistic expectations based on current methodology, product, and service offerings
• Collect and analyze feedback from clients and users, translating it into actionable insights for continuous product improvement.
• Develop and maintain product documentation, including feature lists, user guides, and release notes, ensuring stakeholders are well-informed.
• Organize and lead product demos and presentations to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, showcasing new features and capabilities.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in computer science engineering/technology or equivalent
• 10+ years of relevant experience; product management experience for a software (SaaS) product highly desired
• Strong understanding of GenAI technologies (LLMs, embeddings, RAG, prompt engineering) and experience with ML/LLM lifecycle including deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement
• Working knowledge of Python and familiarity with AI/ML libraries and frameworks
• Excellent communication skills with experience working with Global teams
• Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast‐paced environment.
• Excellent problem‐solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends.
