What You’ll Do

You will lead the design and implementation of security architecture for AI, machine learning, and generative AI systems across the enterprise. This role combines deep technical expertise with hands-on delivery, embedding secure-by-design principles into AI platforms, cloud environments, and engineering workflows.

You will partner closely with Data scientists, Devops, Engineers, Developers on application side, and risk and compliance stakeholders to enable secure, scalable, and compliant AI adoption. You will shape how AI systems are built and operated, while actively contributing to engineering decisions and implementation.

• Design and implement secure AI and machine learning architectures aligned with zero-trust principles
• Build and deploy security controls across model, data, and platform layers
• Develop enterprise standards, guardrails, and reference architectures for AI and generative AI systems
• Lead AI-specific threat modeling, addressing risks such as model poisoning, adversarial attacks, and data leakage
• Conduct security assessments of AI systems, including cloud-hosted and third-party services
• Secure AI workloads across cloud environments and containerized platforms, including Kubernetes
• Integrate AI systems with enterprise security capabilities such as identity and access management, monitoring, and vulnerability management
• Embed security into infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps and DevSecOps workflows
• Define logging, detection, and response strategies for AI systems, supporting incident response when needed
• Partner with engineering and governance teams to enable secure onboarding of AI use cases and evolve enterprise security standards

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud architecture, or related fields
• Strong hands-on experience designing and securing cloud environments
• Proven ability to architect secure systems and influence engineering design decisions
• Solid understanding of cloud security, application security, and threat modeling practices
• Experience with Kubernetes, containerized environments, and cloud-native architectures
• Experience with infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, and scripting (for example Terraform, GitLab, Python), including reviewing production-grade code

• Familiarity with AI/ML system components and secure design considerations

You will be part of BCG’s global Cybersecurity function, working at the intersection of AI, cloud, and enterprise platforms. The team partners closely with engineering and architecture groups to embed security into how systems are designed, built, and operated.

In this role, you will collaborate with engineers and architects across regions, contributing to global initiatives and standards. You will work in a highly collaborative environment that values technical depth, shared ownership, and practical problem solving to enable secure innovation at scale.
