What You'll Do

As part of BCG’s Global Compensation Centre of Expertise (COE), you will contribute to the strategy, governance, and evolution of compensation programs across consulting teams, knowledge teams, and business services. You will play a key role in advising and supporting BCG’s Global Businesses & Functions People Team with data-driven insights and forward-looking Comp solutions.

This is a high-impact role for someone who combines strong analytical horsepower with business judgment, communication skills, and a mindset for innovation.

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Conduct compensation benchmarking using external salary surveys and market data; analyse pay trends across industries, geographies, and job families
  • Support job matching and levelling with survey providers, ensuring accuracy and consistency in benchmarking methodologies
  • Preparing clear, compelling presentations and materials that synthesise insights for stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Supporting strategic rewards projects, including assessing current compensation structures, identifying improvement opportunities, and helping design future-focused approaches
  • Partnering across compensation, benefits, and HR teams to deliver key initiatives within the Global Rewards agenda
  • Applying technology and AI-enabled tools to enhance the quality, speed, and scalability of analysis, reporting, and insight generation
  • Building and enhancing dashboards and reporting in MS Excel/Power BI/other tools to translate data into actionable insights for People teams and business stakeholders.


What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA a plus
  • Minimum 4 years of progressive corporate or consulting experience in compensation or a related area
  • Experience with compensation data providers, survey data interpretation, survey submissions, and maintaining benchmark-aligned compensation databases
  • Ability to drive analysis and processes with guidance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience working across different geographies is an advantage
  • Advanced MS – Excel, PowerPoint skills. Proficiency in analytical tools such as Power BI is desirable
