What You'll Do
As a Senior Manager – BCG Vantage on our Topic Activation path within BCG's Corporate Finance & Strategy Practice Area, you will deliver against the client and commercial priorities for the Transactions & Integrations (T&I) businesses. In your role, you will drive the agenda for digital solutions and assets (e.g., IP, products and tools – many GenAI-enabled), with the support from the broader global topic team, and lead execution of innovation and asset development projects. Additionally, as a Senior Manager – BCG Vantage, you will engage with case teams & clients based on your individual expertise and demonstrate differentiated impact and value-add to BCG clients and case teams.
BCG's Transactions & Integrations (T&I) business is part of the Corporate Finance and Strategy Practice Area and one of BCG’s largest topics and fastest growing practices. With more than 300 M&A, carve-out, and post-merger integration professionals worldwide, we help both corporate and private equity clients execute deals efficiently and, more important, maximize value creation. Over the past ten years, we have supported more than 7,000 transactions with a market value of more than $5 trillion.
Our practice supports businesses with end-to-end transaction excellence, including strategic decision making in mergers and acquisitions, preparing and executing divestitures and joint ventures, supporting IPOs and spinoffs, and creating winning strategies for post-merger integration. We support our clients to create value from transactions, from beginning to end. T&I interfaces closely with industry and other functional practices and has an important mandate with respect to content development, go-to-market, team building, and marketing.

YOU'RE GOOD AT
- Leading problem solving and solutioning for clients and driving towards pragmatic solutions tailored to the business context
- Leading development and commercialization of expertise and assets (e.g., Transactions & Integrations materials, products, and tools with a focus on the M&A, divestitures, alliances, integrations, and separations topic areas)
- Engaging and communicating with senior stakeholders, demonstrating expert presence and credibility
- Leading projects in a highly effective manner, mobilizing team to deliver on business priorities and commercial impact
- Acting as a highly effective coach and mentor, guiding team members to achieve goals efficiently and effectively
- Working in an ever changing and complex environment, and comfortable with ambiguity and navigating a fast-paced environment
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years consulting experience relevant to M&A, divestitures, alliances, integrations, and separations required; candidates with consulting experience preferred
- In lieu of consulting experience, 7+ years minimum industry experience required; 10-12+ years of industry experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)
- Specialization in relevant topics, e.g., M&A, divestitures, alliances, integrations, and separations
- Fluency in English
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with and manage internal and external stakeholder while working in a global collaborative team environment

In the US, we have a compensation transparency approach.
Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.
- The base salary range for this role in Chicago is $162,200.00 - $165,500.00
This is an estimated range, however, specific base salaries within the range depend on various factors such as experience and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.
In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a bonus of up to 25% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.
