What You'll Do

Our goal is to acquire the best people for BCG. Are you creative, well organized, and precise, and do you have a passion for recruiting and campus marketing? Then be part of the Group as a Talent Acquisition Specialist (all genders) within the Event-/ Campus Marketing Team and support in recruiting outstanding candidates who are looking to start a career in consulting in Germany or Austria.


You’ll work continuously to ensure BCG’s brand power makes our recruiting efforts a success. Applying your creative mindset, you’ll develop innovative event- and marketing concepts for our different target groups. Planning and executing various target group specific recruiting events and HR marketing activities, both at universities and within our BCG offices, will also be an integral part of your responsibilities. With your open, friendly nature and strong service orientation, establishing and maintaining contact with high-potential candidates from university and student networks comes easily to you. Thanks to your talent for numbers, you will ensure optimized budget planning and functioning budget controlling for all HR marketing activities. Your tasks will also include compiling statistics and presentations and analyzing recruiting successes. In addition, you will regularly optimize existing processes and contribute to conceptual projects, employing your expertise in campus marketing and recruiting.

As part of your daily business, you’ll accompany applicants throughout the entire recruiting process and guarantee both a smooth and enjoyable candidate experience. This includes oral and written communication with applicants, viewing applications documents, and choosing the right candidates. In addition, you’ll organize and execute our interview days at our Vienna office.



What You'll Bring

  • You hold a university degree, ideally with a focus on HR management or HR marketing
  • Additionally, you have completed relevant internships and have initial work experience in recruiting, event management, and/or human resources, ideally at an international company.
  • You impress with your detailed familiarity with the international and national academic landscape.
  • You’re proficient in the MS Office suite.
  • You have excellent written and spoken German and English language skills.


Who You'll Work With

You’ll be a member of our interdisciplinary Recruiting team in Munich, Düsseldorf, and Vienna, in which collaboration is characterized by respect, acceptance, and mutual trust. You’ll report to the responsible Recruiting Manager, who will assist you in familiarizing yourself with your role at the company and developing professionally.
