What You'll Do
- Maintain and track staffing data to support leadership dashboards and reporting needs.
- Support the Staffing Operations Manager in developing Practice Area (PA) and country-specific reports for leadership reviews and governance forums.
- Analyze billability metrics and leave trends to provide insights into utilization and capacity.
- Manage timesheet reconciliation in collaboration with the Finance team to ensure accuracy and alignment.
- Own and maintain the case MIS (Management Information System) report, ensuring weekly alignment with Finance.
- Support visibility into staffing capacity and utilization through accurate and timely data tracking.
- Coordinate and respond to ad hoc requests from cross-functional teams, including Recruitment, Learning & Development (L&D), and Career Development (CDC).
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, staffing, reporting, or a related role (professional services environment preferred).
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data reconciliation).
- Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) for dashboarding and reporting.
- Familiarity with data handling and reporting systems (e.g., HR systems, staffing tools, MIS platforms).
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight timelines.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to coordinate across stakeholders.
