What You'll Do

As a Lead IT Architect, you will support clients in defining and delivering modern software architectures and large-scale transformation initiatives. You will take ownership of complex project modules, contribute deep engineering expertise, and guide clients in building scalable, production-grade systems.

• Analyze client challenges and define end-to-end architecture solutions and roadmaps
• Own delivery of complex technical modules within transformation programs
• Design and optimize modern application architectures (cloud, microservices, APIs, distributed systems)
• Apply strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) to guide development and delivery
• Drive key technology decisions, clearly articulating trade-offs and engineering implications
• Translate architecture into practical implementation in collaboration with engineering teams and system integrators

Architecture & Engineering Focus

• Apply best practices in modern software engineering and architecture, including:
• Microservices and distributed systems
• API design and integration patterns
• Cloud-native architectures and DevOps (CI/CD)
• Guide clients through legacy system modernization and platform evolution
• Act as design authority, ensuring alignment between architecture, implementation, and business needs
• Support vendor selection, technical evaluation, and delivery governance

What You'll Bring

• 8–12 years of experience in software engineering, IT architecture, or technology consulting
• Strong experience in designing and building scalable, production-grade systems
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and modern engineering practices
• Hands-on exposure to modern architectures and technologies, such as:
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Microservices and distributed systems
• APIs and integration patterns
• Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization, Kubernetes)
• Experience working in complex environments (e.g., large organizations, banking, telecom, or system integrators)
• Ability to evaluate technical trade-offs and translate business needs into architecture decisions
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders
• Experience leading teams or owning technical workstreams is a plus
• Degree in a relevant field; fluency in English and Turkish
