What You'll Do

• Work at the intersection of business, data, and technology to deliver impactful AI and data-driven solutions
• Translate business challenges into machine learning and advanced analytics use cases
• Design and implement scalable data pipelines, models, and AI applications
• Support clients in building modern data platforms and architectures
• Communicate insights through clear storytelling and stakeholder engagement

What You'll Bring

• 5–8+ years of experience in IT consulting, data science, or analytics
• Strong experience with Python, SQL, and modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake)

Hands-on experience with machine learning and AI / Generative AI concepts

• Ability to design and deliver end-to-end data and AI solutions
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and client-facing capabilities
• Comfort working in dynamic, fast-paced consulting environments
• Degree in a relevant field; fluency in English and Turkish
