What You'll Do
This role sits at the center of our Global Talent Acquisition strategy, using data and insights to improve how we attract, assess, and hire talent at scale. You will translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that directly influence hiring decisions, improve candidate experience, and drive measurable outcomes across recruiting, sourcing, and operations.
You will work across Global Businesses & Functions Talent Acquisition teams to strengthen processes, introduce new capabilities, and support the adoption of tools and systems. Your work will play a key role in shaping a more data-driven, efficient, and forward-looking talent acquisition function, while also building and developing analytics capability through direct team leadership. YOU’RE GOOD AT
This role sits at the center of our Global Talent Acquisition strategy, using data and insights to improve how we attract, assess, and hire talent at scale. You will translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that directly influence hiring decisions, improve candidate experience, and drive measurable outcomes across recruiting, sourcing, and operations.
You will work across Global Businesses & Functions Talent Acquisition teams to strengthen processes, introduce new capabilities, and support the adoption of tools and systems. Your work will play a key role in shaping a more data-driven, efficient, and forward-looking talent acquisition function, while also building and developing analytics capability through direct team leadership. Key responsibilities and areas of ownership include:
- Build and evolve analytics frameworks to generate insights into hiring performance, diversity, and candidate experience
- Develop dashboards and visualizations that enable clear, timely decision making across the People team
- Identify trends and translate data into actionable recommendations that improve recruiting outcomes
- Lead analysis of pilot programs and new initiatives, scaling successful approaches across regions and teams
- Manage and develop an analyst, setting priorities, allocating work, and ensuring high-quality delivery
- Coach and support team member growth through regular feedback, development, and hands-on guidance
- Partner with People Analytics and Talent Acquisition teams to enhance data quality, reporting, and governance
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and workflows, driving efficiency and innovation
- Support implementation and adoption of new systems, including applicant tracking tools
What You'll Bring
- You bring experience in talent acquisition analytics, people analytics, or a related field
- You have strong analytical skills and can translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform decision making
- You are highly proficient in data visualization, with Tableau strongly preferred, and experience building dashboards for business stakeholders
- You bring a structured approach to problem solving and improving processes in a data-driven environment
- You communicate clearly and can influence stakeholders using data, insights, and compelling narratives
- You have experience managing or mentoring junior team members and supporting their development
- You are comfortable working across teams and navigating a global, matrixed environment
Who You'll Work With
You will sit within the Global Businesses & Functions Talent Acquisition Strategy & Operations team, working closely with leaders focused on technology enablement and process transformation. Together, you will help shape and advance a more data-driven, efficient talent acquisition function.
You will partner day-to-day with Talent Acquisition teams, including portfolio leads, recruiting business partners, and sourcing leadership. Beyond Talent Acquisition, you will collaborate with global stakeholders across the broader People function, including Global Talent, People Analytics, Finance, and HR Business Partners, operating within a highly connected, global environment.
