What You'll Do
As a Campus Marketing and Operations Intern with BCG's International Campus Recruiting (ICR) team, you will work directly with ICR's lead for Spain to:
- Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of 10-15 in-person events with MBAs and Master's students at leading Spanish business schools including IESE, ESADE, and IE Business School
- Contribute to campus marketing strategy by planning and drafting engaging promotional materials, including emails, flyers, WhatsApp communications, and managing merchandise for in-person events
- Provide operational support for Boston Consulting Group’s recruiting process for MBA and Master’s students, working across the whole funnel from application stage to offer
- Act as a brand ambassador for BCG, representing the firm to target candidate pools at in-person events and through email
- Coordinate with a wide range of stakeholders, including students, BCG offices, Career Services teams, venues, and external vendors, to ensure seamless event execution and uphold BCG’s reputation on campus.
The role may require ability to travel occasionally to support the various recruiting activities.
What You'll Bring
- You must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with the ability to complete a curricular university agreement of at least 500 hours between July 2026 - December 2026
- You must be available at least 30 hours a week during peak campaign season (September - December 2026)
- Fluent English required, fluent Spanish is a plus
- Previous experience in marketing, operations, or event management is a plus
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is a plus (Excel, PPT)
Who You'll Work With
You will work with BCG’s International Campus Recruiting (ICR) team based across four countries, and work with multiple stakeholders including students, BCG offices, Career Services, venues and vendors to achieve the team's goal to attract and recruit the best talent.
