About The Role

BCG’s global career site is a critical platform supporting millions of candidate interactions across experienced hire, campus, and digital/technology recruiting. As a Career Site Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing the day-to-day performance of this platform, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience.

Sitting at the intersection of content, technology, and recruiting marketing, you will partner with global and local stakeholders to deliver high-quality site updates, support campaigns, and continuously improve how candidates engage with BCG. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, digitally savvy, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Bring

Career site ownership & stakeholder support

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for career site Blog, CRM integrations, and global pages, supporting key internal and external stakeholders
  • Partner with Recruiting Marketing/Employer Brand, Talent Acquisition, and local markets to align on content, campaigns, and priorities
  • Provide guidance to stakeholders on best practices for content, structure, and site usage

Site updates & content management

  • Manage and execute website updates via CMS, ensuring content is accurate, timely, and aligned with employer brand standards
  • Build and maintain global and local pages (e.g., program pages, event pages, landing pages)
  • Ensure all updates follow best practices across SEO and AI-driven search (AEO), accessibility, and UX
  • Support ongoing site maintenance to ensure a high-quality, consistent candidate experience

Cross-channel planning & coordination

  • Maintain and update cross-channel planning documentation to ensure visibility across campaigns, events, and site updates
  • Clearly document workflows, timelines, and ownership to drive accountability and alignment
  • Coordinate across teams to support the execution of recruiting marketing initiatives

Data-driven insights & optimization

  • Partner with the Insights & Enhancements team to track and evaluate performance of campaigns, events, and site activations
  • Analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Implement optimizations to improve engagement, conversion, and overall site performance

Candidate experience & continuous improvement

  • Support resolution of candidate-facing issues and ensure timely follow-up where needed
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements across content, processes, and tools
  • Identify opportunities to enhance user journeys and streamline workflows

Who You'll Work With

Experience & Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on website management and operational execution
  • Hands-on experience managing web content using content management systems (CMS)
  • Solid understanding of SEO best practices, UX principles, and digital content strategy
  • Experience using analytics tools to track and report on website and campaign performance, with the ability to translate insights into actions
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Phenom) and their integration with career sites is a plus
  • Exposure to or interest in emerging trends such as AI-driven search, LLMs, or personalization is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred

By maintaining high-quality content, supporting stakeholders globally, and continuously improving the candidate experience, the Career Site Specialist plays a key role in how talent engages with BCG.

In the US, we have a compensation transparency approach.

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.

  • The base salary range for this role in Boston is $79,000.00 - $97,700.00.

This is an estimated range, however, specific base salaries within the range depend on various factors such as experience and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.

In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a bonus of up to 12% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.
