What You'll Do
As the L&D Senior Specialist for Capstone Office, you will provide dedicated operational support to scale delivery of BCG X's career step programs (X Starter Week, X Delivery Onboarding, X Lead Kickstarter) reporting to the L&D Senior Manager for Capstone Programs. Working closely with the Capstone Programs Senior Manager, you will drive program changes and execution, mentor regional support teams, and ensure globally consistent, high-quality learner experiences across all programs ranging from 30 to 300 participants.

Key responsibilities include:
• Run multiple learning events and projects across the calendar year in virtual, blended, hybrid, and in-person formats – managing Learner Experience and on-site logistics
• Host and produce live sessions across EMESA, NAMR & APAC alongside the L&D Capstone Office Sr Manager
• Coordinate across matrix stakeholders to build strong partnerships and drive alignment toward shared program goals
• Work closely as a thought partner with the wider team, business partners, content managers, faculty, and key stakeholders to ensure valued learner experiences
• Supporting training delivery, guiding facilitators on content and delivery to ensure quality of learning experience
• Drive process improvements by proactively identifying and recommending enhancements to existing procedures and activities
• Engage with innovation and technology options to support current and future training delivery
