What You'll Do
We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing communications, media engagement, event outreach, and
360-degree campaign management. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and operational excellence.
The candidate will be instrumental in driving ROI-focused campaigns, fostering partnerships with stakeholders,
media, and industry associations, and enhancing thought leadership in B2B marketing. A key focus will also be on
driving digital-led campaigns to amplify reach and engagement. Exposure to technology and AI-driven initiatives will
be an added advantage.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Marketing Communications: Develop and execute compelling marketing communication strategies.
- Craft clear, concise, and engaging content tailored to targeted audiences, including a decent emphasis on technology, AI, and digital transformation themes.
- Media, Event and Industry Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and industry associations. Identify the right journalists and associations to be connected with (including tech and AI ecosystem).
- Identify and convert event opportunities into successful marketing initiatives. Collaborate with internal and external teams to maximize event impact.
- 360-Degree Marketing Campaigns: Ideation and execution of innovative marketing campaigns for specific practice areas. Utilize creative storytelling and visuals to enhance brand messaging.
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and events.
- Driving Digital-Led Campaigns: Lead the planning and execution of digital-first campaigns across owned and earned channels, and digital content platforms.
- Leverage technology and analytics to optimize campaign performance and enhance customer engagement.
- ROI and Metrics: Define objectives and success metrics for marketing initiatives. Analyse campaign outcomes and report on ROI to stakeholders.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field from a Tier-1 college.
- 5-8 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on communication and campaigns; ideally as a tech
- marketer or with exposure to AI/digital-led businesses or initiatives.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and familiarity with tools like OneDrive, SharePoint,
- Tableau, PowerBI. Knowledge of photo and video editing software is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Proven experience in marketing communication, media engagement, and event execution.
- Ability to develop innovative and engaging marketing strategies and content, with an understanding of tech and AI-driven narratives.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and lead generation techniques.
- Experience in leveraging data analytics to inform marketing strategies and measure performance.
- ROI-focused with a strong grasp of metrics and performance tracking.
