Who We Are

Our strategy? To be anything but typical strategy consultants! Our unconventional nature is embedded deep in our DNA. Sixty years ago, BCG shook up the world of strategy consulting. Now, it has grown to become one of the world leaders in the field. How do we manage to stay ahead of the pack? The answer is simple: by reinventing ourselves every day and providing a home with diverse career opportunities to the best talent and most creative minds all over the world. And by giving you the chance to make an impact in business and society. BCG stands for authenticity, exceptional work, and strong integrity. Once you’ve become part of the Group, we’ll help you find your path, unleash your potential, effect change, and advance the world.

Our most vital resource is our people. That’s why Human Resources is one of our most vital teams: From recruiting to career development for BCGers, and from training and mobility support to staffing (assigning our consultants to client casework), the Human Resources Team plays a decisive role in making BCG not just a company, but a Group in which each individual can be their best.

What You'll Do

We're looking for an energetic, hands-on, and people-oriented Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist (all genders) to strengthen our recruiting efforts across Switzerland. You'll design, organize, and deliver engaging on-campus events at leading universities, acting as a true ambassador for BCG. In this role, you will take the lead in shaping and delivering dynamic recruiting events at top universities, building meaningful relationships with candidates and inspiring them to explore career opportunities in consulting with us. You will guide candidates through the entire recruiting journey—from the first interaction to the offer stage—while managing applications and offers and ensuring a seamless and outstanding candidate experience. As part of our Zurich-based Talent Acquisition Team, you will also contribute to strategic initiatives, bring fresh ideas, and continuously evolve our recruiting formats.

This includes managing applications, coordinating offers, and supporting selected candidates throughout the process with care and attention to detail. Along the way, you'll contribute creative ideas, challenge the status quo to enhance our approach, and support in content creation, event execution, and the continuous improvement of our recruiting formats to ensure impactful and seamless experiences. You'll also have the opportunity to add to strategic projects and analytical initiatives, further expanding your impact within the Talent Acquisition team.

What You'll Bring

  • A degree in human resources, psychology, business administration, marketing, or a related field—whether at a bachelor's or master's level. If your background is in a different discipline, we still encourage you to apply—we value a diversity of perspectives.
  • Relevant experience in talent acquisition, event management, or marketing (ideally 4+ years)
  • A passion for people-focused work and creating engaging recruitment experiences
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • A proactive, can-do mindset with a hands-on approach
  • A growth mindset and genuine curiosity—someone who embraces new challenges, goes the extra mile, and thrives in a varied, fast-paced environment where no two days look the same
  • Excellent command of English; German is a plus

Who You'll Work With

You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive Talent Acquisition Team based in Zurich. Our culture is built on trust, teamwork, and continuous growth. You will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager, who will support your onboarding and development, while working alongside a team that values openness, inclusion, and shared success.
