What You'll Do

Founded in 2022, the Enterprise Services (ES) organization delivers efficient, resilient, and scalable
services globally, supporting BCG's diverse teams. It is an evolving BCG organization that is
predominantly focused on providing Global Business Services (GBS) activities to every part of BCG. It
includes a range of business-critical services and expertise, including Global Finance & Operations
Services (GF&OS), Procurement & Payables, Travel, Meetings & Events, Case Team Services, ClientView
(Lead-to-Cash), Real Estate, Executive Support Services, and Business Insights and Analytics; supported
by transversal expertise in our product portfolios and excellence functions. Approximately 70% of
Enterprise Services employees are located in Delhi, with smaller concentrations in London, Boston, Costa
Rica, Madrid, Munich, and Atlanta.

We are seeking a Senior Manager for our Global Finance and Operations Services (GF&OS) team. The
Senior Manager, GF&OS – Transformation & Migration Execution plays a key role in delivering the
GF&OS migration agenda, driving complex, multi-geography transitions aligned to business strategy and
operating model evolution. You will translate strategic direction into structured, scalable migration
execution, acting as a cross-functional integrator within established governance frameworks. You will
partner with functional teams to assess current practices, identify optimization opportunities, and
architect AI-empowered solutions that enhance migration outcomes and align with strategic goals.

In this role, you will help evolve migration into a repeatable, high-performing capability — not just a
series of projects — embedding governance, performance discipline, and continuous improvement
across the lifecycle. You will partner with senior stakeholders to drive high-impact change, while
safeguarding business continuity and managing operational, regulatory, and financial risks.

You are expected to bring a forward-looking, innovation mindset — challenging legacy approaches,
introducing new ways of working, and championing the integration of Generative and Agentic AI into
migration workflows to translate complex technology opportunities into tangible business value. As a
key partner to leadership, you will align cross-functional teams and ensure that migrations deliver
sustained value beyond go-live, supported by data-driven performance management through KPIs and
quality controls.

Key responsilities will include:

GF&OS Migration Strategy & Governance

  • Support the GF&OS migration agenda by planning and sequencing complex, multi-geography
transitions aligned to ES priorities and transformation roadmap
  • Translate strategic direction into practical, scalable migration plans, incorporating dependencies,
    risks, compliance, and business readiness
  • Operate within established governance structures, contributing to clear decision-making,
    accountability, and stakeholder alignment
  • Drive structured reporting and visibility into progress, risks, and performance to support informed
    decision-making
  • Actively challenge legacy approaches and drive process transformation — simplifying,
standardizing, and digitizing migration methods through innovative ways of working
  • Shape and lead ideation and discovery workshops with cross-functional stakeholders to reimagine
future-state migration processes enabled by AI and automation

Migration Execution, Risk Management & Business Continuity

  • Lead day-to-day execution of migrations end-to-end, from planning through stabilization, ensuring
delivery against scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations
  • Embed governance, checkpoints, and quality controls to drive consistency and continuous
    improvement
  • Identify and manage operational, regulatory, and financial risks, ensuring appropriate mitigation
    and contingency planning
  • Safeguard business continuity by minimizing disruption to critical operations during transitions
Ensure adherence to internal policies, controls, and data protection standards
  • Apply innovative problem-solving, design thinking methodologies, and digital tools to accelerate
delivery, improve predictability, and support user adoption

Capability Scaling, Innovation & Operating Model Modernization

  • Contribute to building migration into a standardized, repeatable capability with clear
    methodologies, playbooks, and performance metrics
  • Act as a catalyst for innovation, introducing automation, digital tools, and data-driven solutions to
    enhance transparency, efficiency, and control
  • Identify and pilot emerging technologies — including Generative AI, Agentic AI, workflow
automation, and advanced analytics — to improve execution outcomes, transparency, and control
  • Support operating model evolution through process reengineering, improved design, and smarter
    use of technology and data
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen capability and consistency across geographies and
service lines, while continuously challenging the status quo
  • Develop robust business cases for AI-led initiatives, quantifying benefits, estimating effort, and
articulating the strategic rationale to secure stakeholder commitment and investment
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders on how AI and emerging technologies can drive
strategic migration and transformation outcomes, communicating complex concepts clearly to both
    technical and non-technical audiences

What You'll Bring

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree; CA, CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred
  • Solid experience in global finance and operations environments, including transformation and
    change initiatives
  • Proven experience delivering complex programs or workstreams in multinational, matrixed
    organizations
  • Experience with finance processes, systems, reporting, and risk & controls frameworks
  • Track record of driving technology-enabled transformation, including AI, automation, and data
driven solutions, resulting in measurable organizational impact
  • Proven ability to work with stakeholders across regions and cultural contexts
  • Strong analytical, business partnering, and communication skills
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams in professional services or similar
    environments
  • Hands-on exposure to AI, GenAI, or Agentic AI projects focused on digital transformation in areas
such as Finance, Operations, Procurement, or IT
  • Familiarity with design thinking methodologies and enterprise change management principles

Who You'll Work With

We pride ourselves on a collaborative working environment and utilize digital tools to foster that
collaborative environment across a global company. The Enterprise Services (ES) function aims at providing
best in-class operational excellence and execution through partnership, building trust and credibility. It
provides a foundation to ensure smooth finance operations, coordinating change and ensuring performance
of individual processes with high service levels.
