What You'll Do
Enterprise Services (ES) was established in 2022 to provide efficient, resilient, and scalable services to support the evolving needs and complexities of a more digital BCG. ES brings together business-critical operations - such as Procurement & Payables, Global Finance Operations, and Executive Support Services - alongside specialist expertise including Real Estate, Travel, and Meetings & Events. United by a common service mindset, ES enables every BCGer to focus on the work that matters most by giving time and energy back through streamlined, reliable service delivery. In doing so, ES creates cost advantage and strengthens BCG’s market differentiation, while reducing risk through consistent controls and business continuity. As Enterprise Services GenAI Deployment Director, you will lead the deployment and operationalization of AI-enabled solutions across Enterprise Services and its component service lines. Acting at the intersection of business operations, technology, and transformation, you will work closely with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into scalable AI-enabled workflows, tools, and operating models. Your role spans three core dimensions:
Delivery & Integration
You will lead complex AI deployments end-to-end — from concept through adoption — embedding with functional teams to understand operational challenges, accelerate implementation, and drive measurable business outcomes. You will ensure that every solution is technically sound, operationally practical, and aligned with enterprise priorities.
Team Leadership & Coaching
You will lead a team of high-performing Forward Deployment Engineers solving operational problems in close partnership with stakeholders and technical teams. Beyond your direct reports, you will act as a leadership coach for ES team members invested in AI deployment within their functions — shaping delivery approaches, raising the bar on execution, and instilling best practices across the broader organization.
Methodology & Scale
You will help shape repeatable deployment methodologies and scalable implementation patterns that accelerate AI adoption across Enterprise Services. You will identify opportunities to improve workflows, strengthen operational resilience, and increase efficiency through automation and intelligent tooling — ensuring that each deployment contributes not just to its immediate business case but to the organization's cumulative capability.
Key responsibilities include:
AI Solution Deployment & Operationalization
Lead end-to-end deployment of AI-enabled solutions across Enterprise Services and partner functions
Translate business requirements into scalable implementation approaches and operational workflows
Partner with technical teams to ensure successful integration into existing systems and processes
Support solution adoption, stabilization, and continuous improvement post go-live
Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Partnership
Partner closely with functional leaders, product teams, engineers, and operational stakeholders to align priorities and drive execution
Lead structured governance, stakeholder communication, and decision-making processes across deployments
Influence stakeholders across regions and functions in highly matrixed environments
Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations to ensure continuity and delivery quality
Capability Scaling & Innovation
Lead a central team of deployment engineers to build AI solutions across functions
Develop repeatable deployment methodologies, playbooks, and best practices
Identify opportunities to scale successful solutions and improve operational effectiveness
Promote data-driven decision making, automation, and AI-enabled ways of working
Contribute insights and feedback to product, engineering, and transformation teams to improve future capabilities
What You'll Bring
10+ years of relevant experience across technology delivery, operations transformation, consulting, product deployment, or related fields
Demonstrated experience leading complex implementation or transformation initiatives in global, matrixed organizations
Experience working closely with technical, product, or engineering teams to operationalize digital or AI-enabled solutions
Strong understanding of AI, automation, workflow technologies, or digital transformation concepts
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across regions and cultural contexts
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred

You will work closely with Enterprise Services leadership, product and engineering teams, AI and Data functions, and operational stakeholders across BCG. You will partner with cross-functional teams globally to deploy and scale AI-enabled capabilities that improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and enhance employee and business outcomes.
