Who We Are
Boston Consulting Group partners with leaders in business and society to tackle their most important challenges and capture their greatest opportunities. BCG was the pioneer in business strategy when it was founded in 1963. Today, we help clients with total transformation-inspiring complex change, enabling organizations to grow, building competitive advantage, and driving bottom-line impact.
To succeed, organizations must blend digital and human capabilities. Our diverse, global teams bring deep industry and functional expertise and a range of perspectives to spark change. BCG delivers solutions through leading-edge management consulting along with technology and design, corporate and digital ventures—and business purpose. We work in a uniquely collaborative model across the firm and throughout all levels of the client organization, generating results that allow our clients to thrive.
What You'll Do
You’ll work across three core areas. First, you’ll take our recruiting data, which right now lives in scattered places, and create clarity. You’ll build dashboards and analyses that show us where we’re winning in talent, where we’re not, and why. Second, you’ll be our point person for AI experimentation in TA. You’ll pilot tools, test approaches, and help the team understand what actually works versus what’s hype. Third, you’ll be the operational backbone: presentations, processes, everything that keeps us moving. You’ll report directly to our TA leadership, which means your ideas get tested quickly and your work has real visibility.
In addition, you will:
- Own the integrity and quality of Talent Acquisition data across systems, ensuring that reporting is accurate, consistent, and actionable.
- Translate data into clear insights, supporting Nordic and global HR leadership with presentations, business reviews, and strategic updates.
- Drive cross-functional projects and operational initiatives, coordinating stakeholders, tracking progress, and ensuring timely execution.
- Partner with the global BCG Talent Acquisition community and Nordic Analyst team to share best practices and bring innovative approaches to the Nordic organization.
What You'll Bring
- A strong analytical mindset, you are comfortable building models, spotting patterns in data, and presenting findings.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, automation platforms) and a genuine curiosity about how to apply them in an HR context.
- Proficiency in Excel and advanced PowerPoint skills; you create slides that are clear, structured, and visually sharp.
- The ability to build strong relationships at all levels and communicate with clarity and professionalism.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, managing multiple priorities, and knowing when to escalate.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, HR, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, analytics, consulting, or a business operations role. We recognize that relevant experience can take various forms. Therefore, candidates with prior experience as a student worker/intern in similar positions are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong written and spoken English; proficiency in a Nordic language is an advantage.
Who You'll Work With
You will work closely with the Nordic TA leadership team as a key partner across recruiting, administration, and function-wide initiatives. You will collaborate with colleagues across the Nordic TA team to improve ways of working and scale AI adoption, while partnering with the global BCG TA community and the Nordic Analytics team to align on best practices and drive innovation. You will also support Nordic and global HR leadership through reporting, presentations, and strategic updates, acting as a central connector across BCG HR systems, processes, and networks.
