  • Partner with Product and HR Systems teams to support the deployment, adoption, and optimization of Workday Time-Off capabilities, translating business needs into functional requirements.
  • Gather, evaluate, and synthesize regional requirements to inform system enhancements and global HR technology solutions.
  • Support the global Workday Time Off implementation, including post-launch activities, future deployment phases, configuration requirements, testing, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Contribute to project management, communications, training, and change management activities that support successful implementation and adoption.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–7+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or People functions within a complex global organization.
  • Experience leading or supporting HR technology implementations, preferably within Workday environments.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, operations, compliance requirements, and risk management practices.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and driving change across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to analyze complex information, identify practical solutions, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders across regions and organizational levels.
  • Experience working across cultures and geographies in a matrixed global environment.
  • Familiarity with enterprise HR platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, or similar systems.
  • Experience supporting employee data, absence, leave, or time-off programs is preferred.
  • Interest in process automation, digital solutions, or AI-enabled approaches within HR operations is advantageous.

Who You'll Work With

You will join BCG's Global HR Operations team, partnering with colleagues across HR, HR Systems, Product, and regional People functions to deliver operational excellence. The team works across geographies and time zones to improve processes, implement technology solutions, and support a consistent employee experience globally.
