What You'll Do

As a Senior Analyst, MDP Governance, you will play a key role in supporting the governance, equity, and lifecycle processes that underpin BCG’s global MDP population. Acting as a day-to-day operator of critical governance cycles, you will help ensure governance activities, equity programs, voting processes, and lifecycle events are executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with established policies and requirements, in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will coordinate multiple recurring workstreams, maintain high-quality records and documentation, and partner with stakeholders across the firm to support governance operations. You will develop a strong understanding of BCG’s governance and equity framework while applying sound judgment to identify risks, resolve issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen controls, data quality, and operational effectiveness.

  • Execute governance reviews, controls, and audit activities to maintain accurate, compliant, and audit-ready records.

  • Monitor governance workflows, trackers, and dashboards, investigating discrepancies and escalating issues with recommended actions.

  • Support end-to-end Executive Committee voting processes, including due diligence coordination, voting administration, materials preparation, and outcome tracking.

  • Maintain equity ownership records and execute equity-related transactions, ensuring accurate and timely recordkeeping.

  • Prepare and reconcile equity and ownership data to support governance, compliance, and voting requirements across entities.

  • Prepare legal documents using approved templates, manage execution, signature workflows, and retention activities while maintaining version control and audit readiness.

  • Support key MDP lifecycle events, including elections, admissions, departures, transfers, and policy around key non-compete or restrictive convents.

  • Partner with Legal, Tax, Finance, Payroll, Treasury, IT, and other teams to execute governance and lifecycle processes effectively.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and data quality through automation and enhanced ways of working.

  • Leverage digital tools, AI and workflow solutions to increase efficiency, strengthen controls, and improve the stakeholder experience.
