What You'll Do

As Event & Employer Branding Specialist, you will play a key role in designing and delivering recruiting events and employer branding initiatives that position BCG as the employer of choice for top graduates and students. You will be part of the Nordic Talent Acquisition team, working closely with our Graduate Recruiting, Marketing, and Candidate Assessment teams. You will help ensure our events and candidate touchpoints are well-targeted, engaging, and leave a lasting impression.

You’ll collaborate with universities, student organizations, internal stakeholders, and colleagues across the Nordics to strengthen our presence and bring BCG’s culture, people, and career opportunities to life. Your work will help us attract the best talent while continuously enhancing our employer brand.

If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment, building relationships, creating engaging candidate experiences, and making an impact in talent attraction, we’d love to hear from you. Join us in Stockholm and be part of a team that shapes the future of recruiting at BCG.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planning and delivery of recruiting events, with a focus on university student engagement and graduate recruitment
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives that strengthen BCG’s visibility and attractiveness among students and graduates
  • Collaborate with the Graduate Recruiting team to support talent pipeline development
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to support digital employer branding efforts and candidate-facing communication
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally, such as recruiting teams, marketing, consultants, and ambassadors, and externally, such as universities and student organizations
  • Support consistent employer brand messaging across events, digital channels, university partnerships, and candidate touchpoints
  • Leverage data, candidate feedback, and market insights to continuously evaluate the effectiveness of event and employer branding efforts and refine activities to maximize impact
  • Act as the point of contact for all recruiting events in Stockholm

What You'll Bring

You are committed to delivering excellent service to candidates, internal partners, and collaborators. You bring strong planning, prioritization, and event execution skills, along with the ability to create engaging candidate experiences and compelling brand narratives for student audiences. You pay close attention to detail, even when managing multiple tasks and tight timelines, and demonstrate initiative, self-motivation, and resilience in challenging situations. You thrive in collaborative environments, working effectively across four Nordic offices, and are skilled at building relationships with students, universities, internal stakeholders, and colleagues.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, HR, or a related field
  • Some experience in Employer Branding, Events, Talent Acquisition, or Marketing is preferred. However, we recognize that relevant experience can take various forms. Therefore, candidates with prior experience as a student worker in the consulting industry or a similarly fast-paced environment are also encouraged to apply
  • Knowledge of the graduate market (Universities / Student Organizations in Sweden) is a benefit but not a requirement
  • Fluency in English is required, proficiency in Swedish is considered an advantage
