What You'll Do

The Global Offer Senior Coordinator - Culture, Change, & Talent plays a key role in supporting the execution of strategic priorities across BCG's Culture & Change Management and Talent & Skills topics. Working closely with topic leadership and the Offer Director, you will help drive operational excellence, coordination, and engagement across a global network of stakeholders.

In this role, you will contribute to the effective management of topic operations, communications, affiliation activities, and strategic initiatives. You will partner across teams to enable collaboration, improve ways of working, and support the development and dissemination of thought leadership and intellectual capital.

  • Support topic leadership teams in establishing governance structures, meeting cadences, and decision-making processes across global priorities
  • Prepare, coordinate, and facilitate regular leadership meetings, including agenda development, materials preparation, and follow-up actions
  • Contribute to offer marketing and communications activities, including publications, newsletters, internal communications, and external events
  • Organize and execute affiliation and community-building activities that strengthen engagement across the Culture & Change Management and Talent & Skills topics
  • Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives that streamline operational processes and workflows
  • Partner with Vantage teams on content initiatives, intellectual capital development, and knowledge-sharing activities
  • Coordinate across global stakeholders to ensure alignment, visibility, and timely execution of strategic priorities
  • Track progress against key initiatives and support leadership with planning, reporting, and operational insights


What You'll Bring

  • 4–6 years of experience in program coordination, operations, communications, consulting support, or a related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency using GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar technologies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships and collaborate across global stakeholder groups
  • Experience coordinating multiple priorities, delivering high-quality work, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with an interest in process improvement, workflow optimization, and operational excellence


Who You'll Work With

You will be part of BCG's global People & Organization Practice Area, supporting the Culture & Change Management and Talent & Skills topics. In this role, you will work closely with Global Offer Leadership, Topic Leaders, and the Offer Director to help execute strategic priorities and enable effective collaboration across the network.

You will partner with colleagues across the People & Organization Practice Area, BCG Vantage teams, and other global stakeholders to support operational initiatives, communications, affiliation activities, and content development. Success in this role requires building strong relationships across teams, navigating a global environment, and contributing to a collaborative and inclusive way of working.
