What You'll Do
Our Global Learning & Development (L&D) Operations function is a key enabler of our firm’s success, ensuring learning programs are delivered with quality, consistency, and scalability across regions and cohorts.
You will independently manage end-to-end delivery for assigned learning programs/events/projects, ensuring consistent execution, a strong learner experience, and proactive stakeholder coordination.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery for assigned programs (setup through close-out)
- Manage faculty, vendor, and stakeholder coordination and communications
- Host sessions and manage live environments, timing, and engagement mechanics
- Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks and dependencies
- Track delivery metrics (attendance, satisfaction) and implement improvements
- Manage multiple concurrent programs and priorities independently
You’re Good At
- Managing delivery outcomes and delivering consistently high-quality sessions
- Proactive risk management and problem resolution
- Confident facilitation/hosting presence in virtual and hybrid /in-person settings
- Stakeholder management and expectation-setting
- Using feedback and data to improve future delivery
What You'll Bring
- 3–5 years relevant experience in learning delivery, events, operations, or coordination
- Fluency in English; comfort working with senior presenters
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize under deadlines
- Experience supporting virtual delivery platforms and event logistics
- Comfort working across cultures and time zones
Who You'll Work With
You will partner with L&D stakeholders, faculty, vendors, and cross-functional teams (e.g., IT/AV, facilities where applicable) to deliver programs end-to-end and ensure a seamless learner experience.
