What You'll Do

The Senior Finance Coordinator is a key member of BCG Peru's Finance team, responsible for supporting the financial operations of the local office while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and local regulatory requirements


This role serves as a trusted partner to local leadership and regional finance teams, contributing to financial planning, reporting, accounting operations, tax compliance, treasury management, internal controls, and continuous process improvement. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local regulations and BCG policies.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of the general ledger and related accounting records.
  • Supervise balance sheet reconciliations and lead month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of management reports and financial analyses for local leadership.
  • Oversee accounts payable processes in coordination with Finance Coordinator and Global Services teams.
  • Support employee expense reimbursement processes and resolve exceptions in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with external advisors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely compliance with local tax obligations.
  • Monitor cash flow requirements and support treasury activities, including banking relationships and reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and BCG financial policies.
  • Ensure adequate internal control and compliance in areas of responsibility
  • Work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure implementation of Global risk management procedures (e.g., segregation of duties, controls, documentation, archiving, emergency procedures) in the finance and legal entity maintenance areas
  • Identify opportunities to streamline finance processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Participate in local, regional, and global finance projects as required.


What You'll Bring

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • CPA certification or equivalent professional qualification is a plus.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, audit, or controlling.
  • Experience in multinational companies or professional services firms preferred.
  • Strong understanding of local accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements.
  • Intermediate to Advance English level
  • Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar) is desirable.
