What You'll Do

Our Global Learning & Development (L&D) Operations function is a key enabler of our firm’s success, ensuring learning programs are executed and delivered with quality, consistency, and scalability across regions and cohorts.
You will lead L&D operations in Costa Rica; driving standardization, system optimization, and process excellence, ensuring scalable, data-driven execution of learning operations aligned to global L&D priorities. You will balance operational excellence alongside building and growing a high performing operations team

Responsibilities

  • Standardize global operational frameworks and governance
  • Lead multi-region operations and capacity planning
  • Drive automation and system improvements
  • Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and KPI performance
  • Influence senior stakeholders across regions and/or stakeholder groups
  • Improve scalability, efficiency, and operational consistency
  • Optimize LMS and operational infrastructure
  • Support strategic operational projects

  • Managing systems, workflows, and operational processes
  • Ensuring data accuracy and governance
  • Handling operational escalations effectively

What You'll Bring

  • 9+ years of relevant experience in L&D operations, systems, or program management environments
  • Proven experience leading operations across regions, systems, or large-scale portfolios
  • Strong people leadership experience, including managing managers or senior operational professionals
  • Demonstrated ability to scale systems, standardize processes, and drive operational consistency
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders across regions
  • Experience managing complex operational environments involving systems, data, and capacity planning
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to use insights to improve efficiency, governance, and performance

You will work with global L&D teams, business stakeholders, faculty, vendors, and cross-functional partners to deliver and continuously improve learning experiences.
