What You'll Do
As a Knowledge Team Senior Specialist for the Budapest office, you're the engine room behind a high-performing analyst team — part people manager, part strategic thought partner, part knowledge architect. You don't just keep the team running; you make it better.
This role sits at the intersection of leadership, analysis, and commercial impact. You'll coach analysts to deliver excellent work, you'll personally roll up your sleeves on case and proposal support, and you'll turn hard-won lessons into knowledge assets the whole firm can reuse. If you like variety, ownership, and seeing your fingerprints on both people and product, this is your role.
You’re good at
- Team Leadership: Coaching, mentoring, and developing analysts across the region — plus owning onboarding, staffing, and workload allocation so the right work lands with the right person.
- Advisory & Analysis: Providing structured problem-solving, research, and analysis to case and proposal teams, acting as a genuine thought partner in framing problems and shaping solutions.
- Commercial Thinking: Supporting go-to-market efforts — proposals, client workshops, demos, marketing materials — and building business cases that put numbers behind new ideas.
- Knowledge Building: Codifying proprietary tools, frameworks, and lessons learned into reusable formats that make the next project faster and sharper.
What You'll Bring
- Ideally 4+ years of professional experience in consulting or industry, with a track record in analysis, research, and knowledge development.
- Demonstrated ability to support case and proposal teams with structured insights and frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Fluency in English and Hungarian; additional language skills—such as Polish, German or Czech—are not required but considered a valuable asset.
- Real, recognized contributions in Generative AI — you understand AI platforms, apps, ecosystems, market trends, and enabling technologies, not just the buzzwords.
- Proven leadership managing and developing high-performing teams, with broad exposure across industries and functions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills — you're as comfortable with an analyst as you are with a Partner.
Who You'll Work With
A brilliant mix of Business Services Team and Consultant cohorts in Central Eastern Europe — all of whom thrive in a high-energy, supportive environment. We’re serious about our impact but lighthearted about everything else. You’ll be based in Budapest and will report to the Office Operations Senior Manager.
