We work in a uniquely collaborative model across the firm and throughout all levels of the client organization, generating results that allow our clients to thrive.

What You'll Do

The Global Risk Function’s goal is to proactively detect, manage and mitigate risks at BCG while addressing the evolving business needs and the ever-changing risk landscape of the firm. The Risk Function is comprised of seven teams: Compliance, Assurance & Advisory, Enterprise Risk Management, Strategy & Operations, Data Protection, Global Security, and Information Security. Collectively, we are all on a mission to enable the business, navigate and mitigate any risks proactively, and protect the business with effective controls. We support embedding a risk-based mindset to each office, internal function, Managing Director and Partner (MDP), and all employees who ultimately bear the responsibility of our actions as the collective front line at the firm.

The Risk Strategy and Operations (S&O) Team is dedicated to working across the broader Global Risk function and stakeholders to create a holistic strategy to carry forth and execute on the function’s vision. Additionally, the S&O team focuses on operational excellence to drive growth, scale, digitization, identify synergies, and foster a collaborative and positive culture within the Risk to maximize our teams’ engagement and value to BCG.
