What You'll Do
This is an engaging, hands-on role combining creativity, execution, and stakeholder influence. You’ll operate in a dynamic, matrixed environment, executing employer branding initiatives that attract and retain top diverse talent across BCG’s 20+ global businesses and functions.

Working closely with the Talent Branding Senior Manager, you’ll contribute to the strategy and execution of key projects that align with key business priorities – highlighting what makes BCG a great place to work.
- Strategic Execution: Deliver employer branding projects and materials, which may include promoting individual roles, developing function or hub-based campaigns, and supporting global employer branding initiatives.
- Creative Content Development: Write and design clear, compelling content for a variety of platforms, showcasing BCG’s culture, people, and opportunities. Tailor messaging by audience and function while maintaining brand consistency.
- Examples include social media and career site content, branded presentations, email campaigns, videos, recruitment marketing materials, candidate messaging, and more.
- Visual Storytelling: Create visually engaging assets using tools like PowerPoint, Canva, Figma, CapCut, ChatGPT, etc. that reflect our brand voice, resonate with target audiences, and ensure design excellence and brand consistency.
- Performance Insights: Track and analyze campaign performance, report on results, and identifying insights to inform decisions.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with manager and stakeholders to ensure initiatives are aligned and effectively executed.
- Employer Branding Support: Serve as a point of contact for local EMESA TA teams to receive inquiries and assist in sharing materials and best practices, receive requests and funnel to manager and align with them on prioritizing asks, and support delivery of internal regional/global trainings.Serve as a point of contact for local EMESA TA teams to receive inquiries and assist in sharing materials and best practices, receive requests and funnel to manager and align with them on prioritizing asks, and support delivery of internal regional/global trainings.

What You'll Bring
- Experience: 5–7 years in employer branding, recruitment marketing, communications, or a related creative field.
- Creative execution: Proven expertise in copywriting, storytelling, and design using PowerPoint, Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, and video-editing tools (e.g., CapCut or Premiere Pro).
- Copywriting excellence: Ability to craft concise, compelling messages tailored to diverse talent audiences and platforms.
- Project management: Demonstrated success managing multiple complex projects independently, meeting deadlines, and balancing competing priorities.
- Stakeholder management: Demonstrated ability to build trust with regional and global partners and support alignment towards shared outcomes.
- Cross-regional experience: Adept at collaborating across global, matrixed teams, navigating complex structures, and driving progress in dynamic environments.
- Collaborative mindset: Comfortable working across virtual, global teams and adapting to different cultural contexts.
- Analytical approach: Ability to analyze campaign data, measure impact, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Creative problem solving: Proven experience developing innovative, effective solutions to branding and marketing challenges.
