What You'll Do
BCG is looking to provide innovative ways to support and improve our user experiences as they return to the office. The hybrid working team is tasked with solving several use cases to provide experience equality and inclusivity no matter if they are in the office or remote. This requires the ability to think outside the box, combine new and existing technologies together to create innovative and simple solutions.
In partnership with your team members, your duties will include:
- Working on designing and delivering technical solutions for several defined (and potentially undefined) use cases
- Leveraging existing technology within BCG and seeking out new technologies to aid with solution design
- Working closely with other squads in the Risk Product Team, as well as the Governance, Risk, and Compliance ensure any solutions are supportable and complement existing services within the business
- Working together with vendors on implementation, customization, future enhancements, and support matters for the tools for which you are responsible.
- Completing testing and support the creation of end user documentation
- Supporting other areas of BCG Risk Product team, or other Agile tribes, as needed

- Working in an agile environment and using Jira to create, manage, and track stories, while following product delivery methodologies and principles, such as work estimation techniques
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills
What You'll Bring
- Understanding of the risk and compliance market
- Knowledge of platforms and tools such as Intapp, auditboard and workflow and data tools.
- 2+ years of hands on coding experience.
- Working knowledge and experience with AI and agentic AI.
- Adaptability to new technologies, changing requirements, and priorities
- Experience within complex enterprise organizations where multiple collaboration services co-exist and being able to identify and solution for pain points and gaps in the way we work to make our team more efficient
Communication, interpersonal and teaming skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to various audiences
- Experience working in a fast-paced global company, with a diverse team of both technical and functional backgrounds located in multiple time zones
- Proven ability to operate with a transparent mindset, communicating openly with stakeholders at various levels of the organization
