What You'll Do
As a Global Talent Acquisition Analyst – Strategy & Operations, you will support the execution of high-priority strategic initiatives that advance how Global Talent Acquisition operates. Working across Talent Acquisition technology, AI enablement, operational excellence, and transformation initiatives, you will help deliver scalable solutions that improve recruiting processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the experience of recruiters, candidates, and stakeholders.
This is a highly collaborative role designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities. You will partner with senior team members across multiple strategy and operations workstreams, independently owning project deliverables while helping translate strategic priorities into practical, measurable outcomes that strengthen Talent Acquisition globally.
- Support strategic initiatives spanning Talent Acquisition technology, AI enablement, process excellence, and transformation.
- Own defined project deliverables, ensuring high-quality execution, clear documentation, and timely completion across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to enhance recruiting processes through AI-enabled solutions, workflow automation, and practical operational improvements.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and technology stakeholders to design, implement, and continuously improve scalable tools, workflows, and ways of working.
- Support the implementation, testing, and adoption of recruiting technologies, automation capabilities, and AI-enabled solutions that improve efficiency and user experience.
- Contribute to change management, communications, training, and enablement activities that drive successful adoption of new technologies and processes.
- Analyze operational challenges, synthesize findings, and recommend practical solutions that improve effectiveness and scalability.
- Coordinate multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously, adapting to changing priorities while maintaining a high standard of execution, organization, and attention to detail.
What You'll Bring
- 3–4 years of experience supporting strategy, operations, transformation, or project-based initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Working knowledge of the recruitment and hiring process is highly preferred
- Experience evaluating and applying AI tools, including ChatGPT and Claude, to streamline work, improve processes, and support operational decision-making.
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate deliverables, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Experience identifying process improvement opportunities through process mapping, workflow optimization, or automation initiatives.
- Ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex challenges into practical, scalable solutions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and familiarity with recruiting technologies (CRM and ATS platforms); experience with Microsoft Power Automate is a plus.

Reporting to the Global Talent Acquisition Senior Manager – Strategy & Operations, you will join a global team focused on advancing Talent Acquisition through technology, AI enablement, operational excellence, and transformation. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across Talent Acquisition, HR, internal technology teams, global AI networks, and Strategy & Operations to deliver high-impact initiatives that improve how we attract, hire, and support talent globally. Working across functions and regions, you will help bring scalable solutions to life while contributing to a collaborative, continuously evolving team environment.
